Debbie has an extensive background in business and law, serving as counsel for a variety of government, for-profit and non-profit entities. Her work experience spans affordable housing, investment management, economic development and a wide array of corporate matters. She has a solid track record coaching and helping organizations and businesses to achieve their goals.

Prior to co-founding CLR International, she served as the initial in-house counsel for the Enterprise Foundation, Executive Vice-President of the District of Columbia RLA Revitalization Corporation (RLARC), and Director of Real Estate Development for a large non-profit provider of affordable housing.

More recently, she worked for K&L Gates, an international law firm, advising investment managers and hedge funds. She currently coaches female and minority-owned entrepreneurs in establishing and expanding their businesses.
Debbie holds a B.A. in Government and Political Science from Yale University, a J.D from the University of Denver and an MBA from The George Washington University.
